Are all products available online?

Although we do not feature our entire range of products online, we do include most of the popular and exclusive items to Alfresco Emporium.

If you have seen a product on our social media pages that you wish to purchase, you can do so by contacting our online team here.

Does your web site show if items are out of stock?

Yes, our website does show when an item is out of stock. Occasionally our stock levels are incorrect, and we may sell an item that we do not have. If you order an item that we later discover is out of stock, we will notify you within 48 hours and offer you a refund or place the item on back order. If you would like to wait for the item to come back into stock, then the second delivery charge will be at our cost.

If a product is marked as out of stock, enter your email address into the "notify me" box on the product page and we will let you know when it arrives.

What is your return policy?

We will replace or refund any item(s) which arrive at their destination damaged or faulty, however, we do not process refunds based on incorrect choice. In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged, we must be notified here within 48 hours of your parcel being signed for.

Before the refund can be processed, we will request images of the damage. Please note that original delivery charges are not refundable. We may require that the damaged or faulty item(s) be returned to us for inspection, we will pay for the delivery cost. The item(s) must be returned in original condition (including packaging) and an explanation given with a copy of the tax invoice before the refund can be processed. Item(s) must be returned to us within 14 days from date of delivery. Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card number.

Can I purchase gift vouchers from Alfresco Emporium?

Yes, gift vouchers are available from here. We sell two types of gift vouchers on our website; a voucher for online use only and a voucher for in-store use only.

Online use vouchers will be emailed to the recipient and in-store use vouchers will be mailed to the recipient. We do not offer refunds on gift cards, so please choose carefully.

Can you gift wrap items I order online?

Gift wrapping is a complimentary service available for the majority of items online. You can select to have your order gift wrapped at the shopping cart, using the check box available. If the product does not have a tick box, then unfortunately we do not offer gift wrapping for that product.

All items purchased for a Bridal & Gift Registry are delivered gift wrapped.

Do you offer layby?

Yes, we do offer a layby service in-store only. Laybys are for 4 weeks with a 25% deposit. Laybys cancelled within 7 days incur a $10 fee and cancellations after this time forfeit 25% of the layby value. Laybys not collected after 4 weeks forfeit monies paid and goods are returned to stock.

What payment options are available to me?

We offer several convenient payment options for purchasing items from Alfresco Emporium.

Online - we accept payment by Visa or Mastercard, PayPal and AfterPay.
Telephone (+612 9919 0607) or Fax (+612 9972 3467) - we accept Visa, Mastercard or American Express.
In-store - pay over the counter with cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard or American Express.

Are my payment details handled securely?

Yes, we securely handle your credit card details. When paying online with your credit card, we employ Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption technology to securely capture your details and send on to our online payment gateway.

Please do not send payment details to us by email. Email is not encrypted nor a secure means to transmit credit card information.

Do you offer Afterpay?

Yes, we now offer Afterpay to our online customers only.

What is Afterpay?

Get what you want now and pay for it over 4 equal fortnightly payments. There’s no interest or fees and get your items delivered now! You can use Afterpay for orders up to $1000.

How do you use Afterpay?

Add your items to your bag and checkout as normal. In the checkout select Afterpay as your payment method, and follow the prompts. Once you have completed your order, your payment schedule will be emailed directly to you. For more information on Afterpay, please click here.

Do your prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST)?

Yes, all our prices include Goods and Services Tax (GST) and are listed in Australian Dollars.

Where do you deliver to?

Our dispatch department is based in Sydney, Australia and we deliver to all Australian states and territories. We can also deliver overseas. Please read our Delivery Policy for more information.

How much do you charge for delivery?

Delivery within Australia starts at $14.95, and furniture delivery starts from $79.00 Please refer to our Delivery Policy for more information.

What delivery options are available to me?

We use a number of delivery partners across Australia to ensure we offer you the most secure delivery service.

For delivery within Australia, we dispatch most orders via Australia Post using registered parcel post. Though your parcel may also be delivered by Couriers Please, Fastway, TNT and Allied Express. We also offer express delivery via Australia Post Express, please select this at check out. International orders are dispatched via DHL Express.

Can orders be sent to my PO Box address?

Yes, we will deliver to PO Boxes within Australia Only.

How long will my order take to be delivered?

Subject to product availability, standard delivery orders are processed and shipped within 2-4 business days and only during weekday business hours. Express Post orders are shipped the same day if the order is placed before 12pm AEST, or the next business day.

If dispatch of your order is likely to be longer, then we will contact you. Delivery times vary between destination states and countries.

Furniture items will take up to 2 weeks for delivery, pending stock availability.

What is Click & Collect?

Click & Collect allows you to order online and pick up your purchase free from our Alfresco Emporium Collaroy store.

How does Click & Collect work?

Step 1. Select the products you wish to purchase and add them to your shopping cart.
Step 2. Select Click & Collect as the shipping method in your shopping cart or at checkout.
Step 3. Once you’ve placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email that includes the details of your order.
Step 4: We will send you an email once your order is ready for collection from our Collaroy store within 2 business days.
Step 5. Pick up your order from our Collaroy store with a valid photo ID and your order number.

Is there a charge for Click & Collect?

No, Click & Collect is a complimentary service.

How long do l have to pick up my Click & Collect order?

Click & Collect orders will be kept for 30 days from the day you’ve placed your order. After 30 days your order will be cancelled and we will contact you to arrange a credit note.

Are all products available for Click & Collect?

Yes, all products are available to purchase with our Click & Collect service. However, please not that larger items such as furniture will need to be loaded into your vehicle without assistance from Alfresco Emporium. If you would prefer assistance, please view our furniture delivery options here.

Is someone else able to pick up my Click & Collect order?

Yes, someone else can collect your order on your behalf. Just make sure they bring:
• A copy of the order collection notification
• An email signed by you, detailing who will be collecting the order on your behalf
• Their own photo ID to match the approved name for collection.

Do you offer Click & Collect for both your Collaroy, NSW store and Bundall, QLD store?

At this time, we only offer Click & Collect at your Collaroy, NSW store. If you would like to order something to be picked up from our Bundall, QLD store please call the store on (07 5527 6566)

Where can I find the Alfresco Emporium Catalogue?

Alfresco Emporium's catalogue is published annually in November and an online version of the catalogue can be viewed here. To pick up your own printed copy, please visit our stores.

What delivery options are available to me?

For delivery within Australia, we dispatch all orders via Australia Post using registered parcel post. If your order is urgent, you may request for your order to be sent by express Australia Post in the comments text-box provided during the checkout process. We will advise you if express post is available to your postcode and any additional delivery costs involved.

For deliveries to overseas countries, we will dispatch orders using Australia Post Air Mail or Australia Post International Express, whichever is most economical. Please read our Delivery Policy for more information.

How can I enquire about employment opportunities with Alfresco Emporium?

Alfresco Emporium occasionally has vacant positions available within its stores and warehouses. To enquire about any current vacant positions or to submit a resume, please contact our Collaroy store on +612 9919 0601.

Due to the high volume of resumes we receive via email please call first; resumes emailed to us without a prior phone call are unlikely to be accepted.

How do I subscribe/unsubscribe to emails from Alfresco Emporium?

Subscribing to Alfresco Emporium's emails is easy. Simply enter your email address into the box at the bottom of this page to receive emails about exclusive new products and special offers.
