In order to ensure the safety of our staff and community, we ask that you kindly adhere to the following measures in our stores:
A maximum of 52 customers in the store at a time (Collaroy only).
A maximum of 12 customers, seated, in the Cafe for a maximum of 45 minutes.
Hand sanitiser will be available to use on entry. We ask that that you please ensure you have sanitised your hands before you touch any items in store.
Please ensure that while browsing you remain 1.5 metres away from staff and fellow shoppers.
Alfresco Emporium Online remains open 24/7 from the comfort of your own home and Click & Collect will continue as normal should you wish to limit your time spent in store.

Why has my ordered been delayed?
As we continue to operate exclusively online, we are working hard to dispatch every order within our promised timeframes. Our distribution partners have recommended we advise of longer than usual delivery timeframes due to increased online shopping, fewer domestic flights and, most importantly increased safety measures to protect customers. We apologies for these delays, and we appreciate your ongoing support, understanding and loyalty throughout these unprecedented times.
Will you still offer Click & Collect?
Yes, Click & Collect is available from both our Bundall and Collaroy store and orders can be collected Monday to Saturday. The processing time is normally 24hrs and you will be notified when your order is ready for collection. Click and Collect needs to be selected in the cart, not the checkout page. Click the shopping cart icon and then click "view cart". Click and Collect is in the right hand menu down the bottom.
What about express post orders?
Australia Post has advised that their Express Post guarantee of next day delivery has been removed as they are unable to commit to this timeframe. Express Post is still available but parcels may not be delivered next business day every time.
