A fast, delicious meal the whole family will enjoy!
Teriyaki Chicken with Noodles
Ingredients:
- Stonewall Kitchen Sauce: Garlic Teriyaki
- 500g Chicken thigh fillets
- Sesame oil
- 270gm Udon noodles
- 2 heads of bok choy
- 1 head of broccoli
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Method:
- In a bowl, pour 1/3 of the Stonewall Kitchen Sauce: Garlic Teriyaki jar with the chicken thighs, mix and marinade in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours. Overnight is preferable.
- In the meantime, bring a large pan of water to the boil, and cook udon noodles for 8 mins. Strain and set aside.
- In a pan, heat the sesame oil and cook chicken thighs for 4-5 mins on each side, or until cooked through. Set aside to rest.
- Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add the broccoli and bok choy. Cook for 2-3 mins and strain.
- To serve, divide the noodles between plates and top with sliced chicken and vegetables. Drizzle with the sauce left in the pan from cooking the chicken and garnish with sesame seeds.
