A fast, delicious meal the whole family will enjoy!
Teriyaki Chicken with Noodles
Stonewall Kitchen Sauce: Garlic Teriyaki
500g Chicken thigh fillets
270gm Udon noodles
2 heads of bok choy
1 head of broccoli
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
In a bowl, pour 1/3 of the Stonewall Kitchen Sauce: Garlic Teriyaki jar with the chicken thighs, mix and marinade in the fridge for a minimum of 2 hours. Overnight is preferable.
In the meantime, bring a large pan of water to the boil, and cook udon noodles for 8 mins. Strain and set aside.
In a pan, heat the sesame oil and cook chicken thighs for 4-5 mins on each side, or until cooked through. Set aside to rest.
Bring a large pan of water to the boil and add the broccoli and bok choy. Cook for 2-3 mins and strain.
To serve, divide the noodles between plates and top with sliced chicken and vegetables. Drizzle with the sauce left in the pan from cooking the chicken and garnish with sesame seeds.
