On occasion and despite our best efforts, production/manufacturing errors can occur. Where we are made aware of an issue with the product quality within a reasonable time (365 days), we will endeavour to help by either; exchange of the product, or provision of a credit note for the purchase price of the product, repairing the product, or providing a refund. This can be done at any of our stores or contacting Customer Care: 02 9919 0600 Monday - Friday: 8.30am-4.30pm AEST. The best option will be determined after discussion with you.

Long-term Issues

Occasionally, anything outside the scope and timing of the actions outlined above will be considered on a case by case basis. Alfresco Emporium will endeavour to provide a response following fair consideration of the relevant issues and facts presented.
