Handmade in the Southern Highlands of NSW from locally grown fruit, Cuttaway Creek uses no preservatives, flavouring or colouring. Their 30 acre Southern Highlands farm has an ideal cool climate for growing berry fruit with intense flavour. No pesticides or residual herbicides are used on the farm and all weeding is done by hand.
The farm supplies premium grade berries to many leading restaurants including; Becasse, Bilsons, The Pier, Quay Restaurant, Fish Face, Assiette, Universal, Cafe Sydney, Eschalot, Centennial Restaurant.
Available in 6 flavours, the jams and mamalades can also be used in desert tarts, with cheese plates or on scones.
