How To Serve Your Christmas Pudding
Before you dig-in and indulge, top off your deliciously rich pudding by dusting it with icing sugar, and complement with your choice of custard, whipped cream and either brandy or sticky toffee sauce. If you like the temperature contrast of hot and cold elements within a dessert, you can offset your warm pudding with a generous serving of ice cream to satisfy your sweet tooth.
