Where do I park?

There is free parking around the warehouse.

Can I get my items delivered?

Delivery for your items can be arranged at the time of purchase for a fee. We are offering delivery on Wednesday 26th March, and Thursday, 27th March. This service is available for large furniture items only. Any other items must be collected on the same day. Please note, we are unable to store items.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, Eftpos and cash are accepted. Store credits cannot be redeemed at the sale.

Do you accept returns, exchanges or refunds?

No, all sales are final. Please ensure you are happy with your product before purchasing.

Do you supply carry bags?

We will have our Alfresco Emporium Shopping Bag available to purchase to carry your goods home ($5). If you do not wish to purchase one, please BYO bag.

Can I shop online or via phone?

Our sale is available in-person only. We will not be able to accept phone orders.
