Refresh Consultation
The Refresh Consultation provides styling advice for up to two spaces, including a design studio consultation, site visit and measure, mood board, furniture and decor selections, and proposal presentation.

Signature Consultation
For a more extensive project, the Signature Consultation covers up to five spaces and includes the same services as the Refresh Consultation, plus 2D floor plans to guide furniture placement and spatial planning. Our interior styling consultations can incorporate pieces you already own, helping you develop a cohesive interior.

Purchase your preferred Consultation online and our styling team will contact you to arrange a suitable time. In-person consultations are available to metro Brisbane, the Gold Coast and Sydney, with virtual consultations available outside these areas. Delivery and installation are available on request and quoted separately.

FREE Shipping
We offer FREE delivery to metro Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne and the Gold Coast of Australia for orders over $199. This offer excludes bulky items such as furniture and large quantity orders.

Standard Shipping
Due to strong demand, orders are currently dispatched within 7–14 days. Delivery times vary per location. 

Express Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Next day delivery is only available within the Australia Post Next Business Day Network. If you are located outside of this network, it may be slightly longer.

Store Pickup
Store Pickup is available at checkout for most items. Bulky goods are only available for Store Pickup from our Brookvale warehouse in NSW. You will be notified as soon as your order is ready for collection. 

Furniture / Bulky Items
We deliver to most areas of Australia. All orders will be ready for dispatch within 7 days, if stock is available.

All deliveries are completed by specialised furniture couriers, as furniture requires specialised handling, which can result in longer delivery timeframes compared to smaller goods.

If a shipping rate is not being displayed at checkout, then please contact us for a delivery quote. Please note that bulky items can't be delivered to a PO box.

International Delivery
Orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days. Delivery times vary per location.
