This decadent 60% cocoa, hot chocolate block is crafted in Spain by Simón Coll, who have been renowned for their high-quality chocolates since 1840. Infused with cinnamon, this premium block is beautifully made to create a delightfully rich and luxurious drinking chocolate, or it can be used in cooking, to enrich dishes with incredible flavour and texture.
When making hot chocolate, you can use water, for a rich and bright, intensely cocoa flavour, or milk, for a creamier and smoother finish. An incredible chocolate block, it is crafted with corn flour, making it suitable for coeliacs.
