The fresh aromats of galangal and lemongrass are complimented by the deep pungency of cinnamon, cardamom and clove in this easy to use Massaman Curry base. Typically made with chicken, Massman curry can also be used with beef, duck, tofu or vegetables. Easy to follow instructions on the back.
